Delivery Timeline: 

• For all custom furniture orders, our standard delivery timeline is 7–10 working days after confirmation of order and advance payment.

• Delivery time may vary depending on material availability, customization requests, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in case of delays.

Payment Policy: 

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order.

• The remaining 50% must be cleared upon delivery/installation.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile payment, or other methods approved by The Casafy.

Order Confirmation:

• Orders will only be processed after advance payment has been received.

• Customized designs will be finalized based on mutual agreement before production begins.

Warranty & Responsibility: 

• We provide limited warranty on craftsmanship.

• The Casafy is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.
